Advertisers must provide a registered ABN number for their business before advertising can commence. It is understood that we have other advertisers on the Event Advisers website which may include advertisers that are your competitors. Your advertisement will appear on the Event Advisers website for a 12 month period from the date that the agreement is signed and the payment is made unless otherwise agreed upon both both parties in writing.

The Advertiser agrees to pay Event Advisers the fee on the booking form Event Advisers has the right to change pricing at any time and the new pricing will apply to new Advertisers and Renewals

Payment can be made via direct deposit, money order or cheque. Advertising will not commence until the whole amount of the payment agreement has been received.

All rankings are in alphabetical order. Rankings are subject to change at any time.

Event Advisers will send renewal information to the Advertiser 4 weeks before the agreement finishes. If the Advertiser has not provided payment for a renewal by the last day of the 12 month agreement, Event Advisers has the right to deactivate the advertising the following day.

If an Advertiser chooses to cancel advertising at any time, there will be no refund provided and all outstanding fees will be due and payable.

Event Advisers does not accept any responsibility arising from the failure of the world wide web and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. We are not responsible for any damages or loss due to the any of the following, drop out, outage or electronic failure. The website submitted by the advertiser must apply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We take no responsibility for the content on your website and we have the right to take down material that is defamatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.

These terms represent the entire agreement between Event Advisers and the Advertiser and can only be varied in writing.
