Chef and Restaurateur Alessandro Pavoni along with his partners from their well-respected Two Hat Mosman restaurant, Ormeggio at The Spit, have opened a more casual yet still sensational venue in Newport, on Sydney's northern beaches.  Sotto Sopra has been awarded one Chef hat in the Good Food Guide 2018.
